Mac Vs. Pc

And now the fight has come down to its ultimate battle, the showdown of the throw-downs, the versus of the versus (Aaaaaaaaaaah...). Not Alien vs. Predator, not Freddy vs. Jason (...aaaaaaaah). MAC VS. PC!
That's right! It's time for Jobs vs. Gates. Yeah! Jobs is gonna put it to work. And Gates is gonna lock it down. And, together, they're gonna... really... compute the... algorithmic... mess out of you!
Do you hear crickets?
Anyway, since the dawn of digital time, consumers have waged a constant war between which is better: Mac or PC. Well, once and for all, this is going to be settled. And then we will get to debilitating diseases, world famine, war, poverty and environmental issues – but first, let’s settle Mac vs. PC.
First, the Mac: (and I don't mean "The Mack," although, they are some pretty pimp machines.) Mac machines provide sleekness, reliability and power-packed performance, without encroaching upon other rooms of the house.
From the smallest to the largest: the Mac mini, iMac and Mac Pro are as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. No, I really mean that this time. And, for the record, Apple makes the cutest little things, unlike most humans. (If I have to pretend one more former acquaintance's baby is cute, I am going to find a better hiding spot at the grocery store.)
The Mac mini is as compact as a snuff box, but do not let the smallness or the white powder fool you. The Mac Mini can rival the storage and speed of most other middle-of-the-line PCs, with up to 80GB hard drives and a 1.83GHz Intel Core Duo.
The iMac has an ingenious design, but is more devoted to performance. Everything is built into the screen. Say “goodbye” to your two-ton electronic cinder-block sitting on your counter and “hello” to the new Mac Moniputer! The iMac comes in two 17-inch models and one 24-inch model. The larger the screen, the higher the upgrades.
But if you like a big old Tech-hemoth all in your face anyway, then the Mac Pro is for you. The Mac Pro is the top-of-the-line super-computer from Mac: 2.66GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon, 4MB cache, up to 16GB RAM, 250GB hard drive and a 16x double-layer SuperDrive. Buy this Mac and you will be "The Mack." You will be straight pimpin' dat 'puter, son – okay, I'll stop now.
And I'll start talking about PCs...
PCs are not necessarily the most innovative in aesthetic packaging. Other than the boxes they come in, they all are just big boxes with wires. But they are the most software-compatible hardware. Part of the PC’s continuous appeal is universality. However, if you are a hardcore gamer with little time for social activity and nacho cheese stains on the front of your Metallica T-shirt, then PC computers offer the necessary utilities for you. Due to higher storage capacities, faster and higher resolute graphics hardware, and faster processors, super-PCs are more conducive to gaming – thus forcing gaming software programmers to cater more to PCs. Amazing how PCs are still able to corner the market on software.
One top of the line PC that stands apart from the rest is the CyberPower Gamer Infinity SLI Ultra. This PC has it all: Intel 2.93GHz Core 2 or 2.6GHz Athalon 64 X2 FX-60, XFX 7950 GX2 Graphics and 398GB of storage for a paltry $3,299…
Wait a minute...
The Mac Pro starts at $2,499.00.
Honestly, though, it really makes little difference what one chooses for his or her computing needs. Some people prefer the user-friendly, soft caress of a Mac, while others go for the rough, devil-may-care technology of a PC. I myself have both. Yes, I am not ashamed to admit that I own a PC and a Mac Book.
Don't you judge me! You don't know anything about our love!
